After our initial meeting we complete a thorough check list including
• checking existing essential services to confirm we are able to complete your café or restaurant fit out
• Discuss your requirements
• Determine Cost of fees
Cafe Setups offer a low rate fee. There are no hidden costs and after the initial consultation we can estimate the fee based on the proposed scope of work and services to be provided. Our fee starts from $5500+ GST for a complete Setup.
Upon confirming our services, we prepare a basic floor plan and a projected budget detailing infrastructure and equipment costs.
We can commence work on 3 dimensional interior design plans, if required.
Once plans are drawn we can submit to the trades to obtain quotes for equipment and services to suit your budget and look at further cost saving measures that can be put in place.
Upon approval, the infrastructure can get under way with the appropriate tradespeople commencing work onsite. This is not limited to, however can include:
• Plumbing
• Air conditioning
• Electricity
• Kitchen duct work
Once the infrastructure is in place, the soft furnishings, fixtures and fittings can be installed along with any equipment.
Our fees are established once the initial consultation has taken place, and are included in the budget. We work for you and there are no hidden costs. All services and equipment are billed to you directly so you can clearly see where you money is going.
